International Occupational Hygiene Training is a IOHA initiative supporting the development of personnel in the field of Occupational Hygiene.

 Occupational hygiene uses science and engineering to prevent ill health caused by the environment in which people work.  It helps employers and employees to understand the risks and improve working conditions and working practices

People in different jobs need occupational hygiene knowledge and skills at different levels

The international qualifications framework allows everyone to achieve the appropriate level of understanding and ability in a flexible way that meets the needs of their employment, their personal circumstances and their own capabilities. More information can be obtained at www.ohlearning.com

Robson Environmental offers training at intermediate level for Technicians and technologists working in occupational hygiene who require the technical knowledge and hands-on, practical training that will enable them to take measurements, assess exposure and check the effectiveness of control measures. Training at this level is also of value for Safety and Health Practitioners who are responsible for the design and implementation of workplace monitoring programmes.

Awareness Training

Robson Environmental provides Asbestos Awareness Training  for all workers potentially engaged in the identification, monitoring, removal and disposal of asbestos.  The delivery of this nationally accredited course is facilitated by our relationship with STC.

The 80803ACT is available for delivery at our purpose built training facility in Fyshwick or can be delivered at your premises to suit worker rosters. 

Our fee for this course is $120.00 per head (ex GST) with discounts available for Company bookings of more than 10 persons.
